Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) is reportedly riding a pretty high wave, according to General Hospital (GH) spoilers. Betty Rutherford, the nanny he hired (Ella Lentini), was an excellent choice for him. He had no idea that her boss was a federal agent, and neither had any of her fans. Everyone in the mob boss’s inner circle was terrified of going to jail, but the Teflon Don easily got away with these charges. But when it happens again, will he be able to avoid getting shot?
GH Spoilers: The Asterisk Next To Sonny Corinthos’s Charges Being Dropped
GH spoilers suggest that trouble may be approaching. After all, while Judge Jarret (Matthew Kimbrough) dropped the charges on Sonny’s case, he noted that they had been “dismissed without prejudice, so they can be refiled at any time”; a piece of information that was not only relayed during Sonny’s hearing but also a post-baseball gathering between Chase Harrison (Josh Swickard), Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco), Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell), and Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen), the next episode.
It’s intriguing that this keeps happening. Unavoidably, fans wonder if Sonny isn’t quite out of the woods yet.
GH Spoilers: That Missing USB File
It’s also challenging to keep from thinking about that corrupt USB file with the incriminating data on it. When Dex Heller (Evan Hofer), Michael’s hired assassin, realized the plan wasn’t working, he carelessly threw the USB into the garage. Even though Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) appeared to have destroyed it, the GH writers could probably easily fix it if a plot twist was needed. This would particularly alter the situation because Michael had just come to his father and expressed his love for him while genuinely letting go of any resentment.
The scene was heartfelt and moving. It appeared as though these two characters, who had a complicated relationship, had reached the end of their story and entered a new one. Sonny declared that he would always adore Michael and regard him as his son; however, Corinthos wondered if he would change his mind after learning the lengths his “son” went to in order to put him in jail.
