We witnessed Toadie and Melanie finally get married at the conclusion of the most recent, and perhaps final, season. For the incredibly unique wedding, friends and family had convened digitally as well as in Erinsborough. Along with Barbie star Margot Robbie, some of the biggest celebrities associated with the show made a comeback. These included Jason Donovan and Kylie Minogue.
Fans were overjoyed to see Toadie finally get his happy ending as he said his vows to Melanie in front of the most famous locals as they all gathered for the newlywed couple’s nuptials. Neighbours was originally scheduled to end when the show was cancelled, but in the end, Amazon Studios acquired the rights, and it is currently available to watch on the massive streaming service.
Today, September 18, the much-anticipated comeback of the show took place, much to the delight of its devoted followers. Before long, fans were treated to some epic scenes, all of which revolved around yet another wedding.
Since Terese was joined by several of her children on her wedding day, we knew early on in the show that she would be the bride. The next Neighbours season begins two years after the conclusion. Following their kiss in the season finale of the previous year, it appeared as though she might be getting married to Paul, and their supporters were overjoyed to see them reunited.
But as the show came to an end, we found out that Terese was actually getting married to Toadie! Toadie and Melanie had broken up two years prior, and he had fallen in love again with Terese. The two exchanged vows in front of their loved ones.
Somewhere else on Ramsay Street was a new family, and one of their sons, JJ, took an instant interest in the dead end. What may be attracting him to the people living there, and what information is he hoping to obtain? Although it’s obvious that Mischa Barton is concealing a secret, she made her entrance as the enigmatic Reece and struck up a conversation with Byron Stone right away.
