We’ve been missing seeing Obrecht in Port Charles but we won’t have to wait much longer for her to grace the screen with our presence. Soap Opera is reporting that Kathleen Gati will be returning to General Hospital very soon.
Keep an eye out today, Tuesday, December 12, because Scott plans to reach out to his lady love but the big question remains, will she be receptive? It wasn’t long ago that Scott shared his belief with Lucy that Obrecht had been avoiding him. If that’s the case, she may just continue to stay away… However, if she gives Scott a moment of her time, it’ll be the best Christmas gift he could hope for.
When we last saw Obrecht, it was on Wednesday, October 25, when she made her way back to Port Charles. She told Willow that she had been redefining herself and battling her demons at a posh European spa, and she used the occasion to hint that perhaps one day Willow would join her and Nina there. Obrecht was furious to hear that Nina had married without asking her, but she quickly realised that she had been taught at the spa to live in the moment and not dwell on the past.
Obrecht startled Maxie and James by going to Kelly’s after they had finished catching up. Since then, Scott has been making an effort to get in touch with her but to little success, so it would be fascinating to see if she applies what she discovered at the spa on the past to Scott and their future.
