‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Little Bit of Blackmail
Tracy had to learn more about Deception. She desired to defeat Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring), her archenemy. Tracy persuaded Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton), her granddaughter, to accept a position at Deception so that she could obtain information for her. Although Tracy had done her a favor and would not let her forget it, Brook Lynn was forced to do this. Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard), Brook Lynn’s boyfriend, was reinstated at the PCPD thanks to Tracy. He received his badge back after she was successful in getting the board to discuss his case.
Tracy has been pressuring Brook Lynn to get information for her ever since she did that for her. The Deceptor schematics were downloaded by Brook Lynn from Kirsten Storm’s (Maxie Jones’) computer. When confronted, she claimed that she needed it for the social media campaign even though IT was aware of what had happened.
When Lucy learned that Brook Lynn had taken the flash drive home and instructed her that it needed to be returned immediately, she was horrified. It had sensitive information about the company’s new product that needed to be kept secure.

As it turns out, Tracy had a grand scheme for the private and secret data that Brook Lynn deleted from Deception. For stealing her intellectual property, she is suing Deception. Everyone is shocked to discover Tracy Quartermaine is the one suing them when they enter the courtroom. The blueprints and schematics that Brook Lynn downloaded from the computer serve as proof for her claim. If the judge finds there to be a case, the trial will take place in six months. Sales of the Deceptor will be suspended until this is resolved, which may put Deception out of business. If Lucy will give Tracy 75% of the Deception, Tracy will offer to drop the case.
Brook Lynn is in a bad way. She is aware that Deception is in trouble as a result of her. She feels terrible about what her grandmother has done. She did not want this to happen at all, but now she feels betrayed by all of her friends. She is furious with her grandmother and is unable to look at her. In an effort to get away from her, Chase suggests that she think about moving in with him. What do you anticipate happening? Will Lucy battle Deception and possibly lose?
