According to rumors, Chloe Harris (played by Jessie Elland) may lose her life in recently shot scenes in which her car plunges off a cliff in a frightening automobile crash.
Nothing regarding the plot or her likely exit has been revealed as of yet, but photos that have been made public show Chloe hurt in the car prior to the tragedy, with Mackenzie Boyd (Lawrence Robb) and his ex-wife Charity Dingle (Emma Atkins) there.
It makes sense that the rumor mill has been in overdrive since the shooting on this dramatic moment was over.
However, some viewers’ attention has been diverted and their thoughts have recently turned to another character passing away.
After reconciling after decades apart, Lydia Dingle (Karen Blick) was recently raped by her coworker Craig Reed (Ben Addis).
They shared the same children’s home where Lydia, then 15, became pregnant and gave birth to her stillborn son Toby, who she later buried in the woods.
Craig and Lydia became closer when Lydia revealed what had occurred to her. As a result, Craig eventually acknowledged his affections for his old friend.
She made it plain that nothing would ever happen between them because she loved her husband Sam Dingle (James Hooton), but he turned a blind eye to her feelings and sexually assaulted her.
Since the terrible incident, Lydia has kept her story to herself and has struggled to disclose it to the police.
Craig, on the other hand, maintains that it was consensual and denies that it was rape. He has further complicated matters by continuing to develop ties with her family.
Fans of the ITV soap opera now believe that Lydia may kill Craig as retaliation over the circumstances.
