Emmerdale exit ‘sealed’ for Mandy Dingle as part of Craig Reed murder twist

Emmerdale’s Dingle family are trying to piece together how rapist Craig Reed was killed on the ITV soap just weeks after attacking Lydia Dingle.
Emmerdale’s Mandy Dingle (played by Lisa Riley) appears to be hiding a dark secret from the rest of her family as they discuss how Lydia Dingle’s (Karen Blick) rapist Craig Reed (Ben Addis) was killed.

In scenes yet to air on the ITV soap, Aaron Dingle (Danny Miller) fights back when the Dingles press him for his alibi in the Woolpack.

His relative Charity Dingle (Emma Atkins) is uneasy when he shifts the focus to her instead during the tense family meeting.

Flashing back to the previous day, Chas Dingle (Lucy Pargeter) and Charity discuss the Craig situation, but the conversation soon moves to another matter as Charity’s not being honest.

Soon, Caleb Milligan (Will Ash) offers his account of the day when it is his turn to speak out.

In flashback scenes, viewers witness what really happened – so what is Caleb concealing?

Mandy and Marlon Dingle (Mark Charnock) are then thrust into the hot seat and she gets emotional.

Mandy’s clearly hiding a secret – but what is the salon owner keeping from the rest of her family?

Lydia senses that there are dishonest people around her, even though everyone has established their alibi.

Is Mandy’s desire for justice for Lydia the reason behind Craig’s death?

Mandy might feel compelled to leave Yorkshire in a last-ditch effort to avoid being arrested.

On the ITV soap opera, Mandy is known for being brash and untrustworthy, but would she ever consider killing someone?

Producer Laura Shaw teased: “In an unmissable special week for Emmerdale, we focus on the soap’s most loved family, the Dingles, as Lydia attempts to find out who killed Craig.”

She continued: “The week will truly keep everyone on the edge of their seats with each day more and more explosive secrets revealed that promise to have huge repercussions, shatter lives and cause fireworks in the Dingles bigger than ever seen before.”
