Eastenders Spoilers: Sharon Mitchell (Letitia Dean) faces the hardest time of her life when she faces a final goodbye to her dead teenage son Dennis Rickman (Bleu Landau) in EastEnders. So when she comes face to face with ex-husband Phil (Steve McFadden), the one she blames for Denny’s demise, she explodes.
Sharon learned from Karen Taylor (Lorraine Stanley) that the boat collision had been caused by Phil’s attack on Keanu Taylor (Danny Walters), which had hit the steering. Phil has since disappeared, but he’s set to go back to the Square to pay his respects to the boy he saw as a son, and Sharon is angry at seeing him and unleashing a furious attack. But when she oversteps the mark in a significant way, does she end up murdering Phil in Eastenders, who has never seen her more cruel and broken than this? It’s hard enough for Sharon, who broke down after seeing Denny in his last resting state for the last time. And when she was unable to feel either love or hope for Kayden’s child, she handed the infant over to Karen.
The funeral day is approaching, and Sharon’s friends and loved ones are rallying to support her, but she’s trying to keep things together. Meanwhile, the guilty Ian Beale (Adam Woodyatt) is also lying about the fact that he trapped Denny under the deck of the boat, a mistake that eventually if accidentally, led to his death. Phil watches from afar, but when he finally appears, all Sharon’s pent-up emotions come to the fore–and he’s very much in the line of fire. Is he going to be seriously hurt?
