Coronation Street’s Dylan Wilson has been hanging around with newcomer Mason Radcliffe over the past couple of weeks and been getting himself into all sorts of trouble which could soon take a turn for the worst.
As Mason Radcliffe (Luca Toolan) gets even more enmeshed, Sean Tully (Anthony Cotton) of Coronation Street may find out the grim truth about his son’s pranks in the upcoming weeks.
Mason and Dylan Wilson (Liam McChenyne) collaborated to steal a carton of vapes from Simon Barlow (Alex Bain) in tonight’s episode.
Peter Barlow (Chris Gascoyne) raced around to No. 11 to face Dylan after learning that he was implicated, but Dylan denied doing anything of the such and the vapes had vanished from sight.
After calming everyone down, Sean got down with his son and directly asked him if the vapes had anything to do with the behaviour change he had witnessed since Mason’s arrival.
But Dylan downplayed it and told his dad that Mason and him weren’t even close to stealing Simon’s vaporizers.
Afterwards, he told Mason on his way to his first shift at Prima Doner, “Dad has gone through everything I own.
“Fortunately, though, I managed to hide them in the knife bin so I can get to them later. “I assumed they wouldn’t look there if everything was going to start.”
Mason, impressed, wrote: “Nice one. “You’re not really a little criminal mastermind, are you?” Dylan asks, laughing, before adding, “But really, what are we going to do with these vapes?
“We can’t sell them now that Gav lad has caught me and I can’t take them to school, not after what happened last time.”
Mason comforted his pal by saying, “Right well, Dylan.” To be honest, I’ve been considering it. Listen to me!
“We may potentially engage in some over-the-counter business at the kebab shop, but we wouldn’t presumably sell to children in this area, would we?
“What we’re doing is correct; I’ll send some people your way, and I swear to you that I’ll advise them not to disclose where or from whom they obtained it.
“I’ll tell them to buy something too, so you can be subtle about it and look like the hero while your boss makes a tonne of money.”
“With your brains and intelligence, it will be easy man, and we will be minted.”
Later during his shift, Dylan received his first customer from Mason and he successfully made the transaction without Dev Alahan (Jimmi Harkishin) seeing.
Getting home after his shift, Mason sent him a voicemail which praised how well their first day went and to keep the knife.
Will Sean manage to work out what Dylan is up too in time? Or is he heading down a dark path which will no doubt end in disaster?
