Coronation Street heartbreak for Paul Foreman as he suffers devastating health blow

Paul Foreman of Coronation Street is struggling to lead a normal life and his motor neurone disease is getting worse. He only has a few months to live.

Paul Foreman (Peter Ash) of Coronation Street is about to have another health setback after he falls again. Having accepted his diagnosis and realized he only has three to six months to live, Paul has been attempting to live life to the fullest.

According to official spoilers, Paul’s final months will see the Weatherfield residents doing everything in their power to support him. But Paul is determined to do things on his own, so he stumbles and ends up on the ground for the second time, helpless.

Paul is ecstatic in later scenes when Summer Spellman (Harriet Bibby) tells her that her university lecturer has offered to take Paul for a ride in the sidecar of his motorcycle later.

When Summer’s tutor, Dewey, shows up on a motorcycle without a sidecar, they find themselves in a difficult situation.

Instead, Paul hangs helplessly as Summer and Billy Mayhew (Daniel Brocklebank) struggle to hoist him onto the pillion.

Paul, humiliated, tells them to put him down and walks away, leaving Billy to offer a vacation.

Later, after receiving his voice talker device, Paul trembles as he plays back some of his recorded lines using the app.

Paul demands that Billy forget about the vacation after he discloses that the cost of travel insurance is exorbitant because of his condition.

After learning of Paul’s cancelled vacation, Gemma Winter-Brown (Dolly-Rose Campbell) and David Platt (Jack P. Shephard) in the Rovers decide to cheer him up with some jugs of sangria.

David helps an inebriated Paul get back to the apartment after a fun afternoon, but Paul sends him home because his new caregiver, Moses (Michael Fatogun), is expected any moment.

Paul, desperate for a pee, drags himself to his wheelchair but falls to the ground when he doesn’t see Moses.

How is he going to escape this situation? Could someone please hurry over to help him quickly?

Paul is initially skeptical of Moses but eventually warms to the idea of him serving as his new assistant. However, Paul is not the only one who finds Moses to be impressive.

Iain MacLeod, the producer of Coronation Street, hinted earlier that Todd Grimshaw (Gareth Pierce) would fall in love with him.

He stated, “There’s a dalliance for Todd, but it arrives at quite a poor time,” in an interview with Express.co.uk and other media.

Furthermore, the individual he is connected to is probably not the best choice given the circumstances Todd encounters them in.

“He’s just giving this person a brief taste of his relationship at this point. Although it’s not very long-running, we reasoned that if we like what we see, it might eventually become so.”
