In Coronation Street, life changes forever when Norris Cole (Malcolm Hebden), a legend, passes away after suffering a stroke, leaving his loved ones stunned.

MONDAY SEPTEMBER 13 PART ONE:
FUELED BY JEALOUSY
Tyrone finds it difficult to be interested in Alina’s Romanian wedding plans, especially when he discovers Fiz weeping over a petition to have Hope expelled from school.
When Phill hears what’s happened, he summons Fiz and proposes they get a bite to eat. Tyrone’s jealously is palpable when Evelyn informs him that Phill has taken Fiz to the Bistro.
Tyrone can’t help but follow them, and when Phill goes to the bathroom, Tyrone tells Fiz how much he misses her and the daughters. What will Fiz’s reaction be?
Imran wears the same clothing he wore the night before. Imran, engulfed by remorse, claims to have gotten drunk and spent the night at the workplace.
A furious James informs Ed and Aggie that he’s going to pursue the police inquiry after being told by the hospital that he’s still not ready to return to football. From across the street, Craig keeps a wary eye on everything.
Aadi rants at Dev for his complete lack of interest in him and his new girlfriend Summer, while Abi has some sad news for Kevin. Dev devises a strategy.
MONDAY SEPTEMBER 13 PART TWO:
FIZZLED OUT
Fiz listens in astonishment as Tyrone confesses how much he liked their kiss and how his engagement to Alina was a mistake. Will she accept Tyrone’s return?
Tyrone informs Alina that Fiz is considering going away with the girls, and that he will be unable to accompany her to Romania at this time. Alina is in pain.
Michael tells Alina at the workshop to be patient with Tyrone since his children always come first. Tyrone is informed that Alina has cancelled their vacation, and she accepts that his kids come first. Tyrone hides his remorse.
Craig reassures James that the police investigation is ongoing, and that he has informed them that he wishes to be re-interviewed.
Dev invites Aadi, Summer, and Billy to a dinner party and explains that he wants to get to know Summer better.
WEDNESDAY SEPTEMBER PART ONE:
OUT IN THE COLE
Norris wants to meet up with Ken, and Ken tells Rita that he has some vital news. They are, however, taken aback when Freda informs them that Norris has fallen and has been rushed to the hospital with a suspected stroke.
Fiz dials Tyrone’s number while Hope refuses to attend school. Tyrone can’t look Fiz in the eyes when Alina says she’ll be a strict but fair stepmum once they’re married.
A repentant Hope takes the damaged teddy from her purse, admitting she took it and apologising for the fire after telling Alina she hates her for stealing her daddy. Alina is shocked to learn that this isn’t the first time Hope has apologised for all the previous fires she’s set.
Tyrone is chastised by Alina at home for harbouring secrets. Will Tyrone come clean after battling his guilt?
Craig clears the air at the police station, admitting that James was not driving recklessly and that the brothers were not violent in any manner.
Aadi informs Summer that he has persuaded Dev to pay for lunch as an act of contrition for his drunken behaviour the night before. Summer and Aadi admit to like one other, but they agree to take things carefully at first.
WEDNESDAY SEPTEMBER 15 PART TWO:
NORRIS NO MORE
When Ken, Rita, and Mary arrive at the hospital, they are greeted by Freda, who informs them that Norris passed away half an hour earlier. Norris wanted to share some critical news with Ken, Ken reveals. The Rovers raise a glass to Norris, who has passed away.
Tyrone says he wants to be with Fiz again, breaking Alina’s heart. Tyrone wants to be with Fiz, Emma confides in Emma.
Fiz tells Phill about the kiss, but also how it made her realise she doesn’t care for Tyrone anymore. Phill takes a deep breath and exhales a sigh of relief.
Alina guarantees a highly public humiliation by dumping their couples photo at the garage with the word “lie” written over Tyrone’s forehead before jumping into a cab to depart. Can a despondent Tyrone persuade Alina to remain as Fiz and Phill walk to the Bistro?
Craig expresses his belief that his interview will aid the inquiry. James is unimpressed, claiming that he should have revealed the truth from the beginning.
THURSDAY SEPTEMBER 16:
MIA CULPA
Imran informs Toyah that he has engaged a psychologist for Kelly using the remainder of the money from the anonymous donor, and that he will make up the difference. Kelly hesitantly joins the support group after being persuaded by fellow prisoner Mia.
Tyrone rushes off to find Alina after learning that she has yet to fly. He follows her to a motel and begs her to rethink.
Will Tyrone accept this when Alina informs him that their relationship is over?
Claudia comes as Mary and Freda dispute about Norris’ funeral plans. When they disagree over where the wake should be held, Rita steps in and says Norris would prefer the street.
Ken couldn’t be more proud of his son as he leaves for his teaching placement. When Max acts out in class, Daniel realises it’s not going to be easy. Max has a piece torn off him by David for messing about. Max stomps away, showing no remorse.
Yasmeen informs Alya that Zeedan would be paying her a visit. Elaine calls to wish Yasmeen a happy birthday.
FRIDAY SEPTEMBER 17 PART ONE:
ARACH-ALYA-PHOBIA
When the meal delivery is late, Alya becomes agitated. Alya juggles a call with the delivery driver and another from the bank as Elaine tries to appease the diners.
When a client points to a tarantula crawling over a table, which has escaped from a boy’s backpack, Alya’s relief quickly turns to dread.
The guests scatter, and Alya attempts to maintain her composure while the child searches for his pet. After catching the spider, a heartbroken Alya informs Elaine that Yasmeen has managed to empty their bank account.
Tyrone investigates Phill’s car after he drops it off at the mechanic, seeking to discover something to discredit him. He pockets a napkin that has a woman’s name and phone number written on it.
As the disagreement over Norris’ burial grows, Mary announces her resignation, allowing Freda to handle the funeral on her own. Gemma is concerned that it may interfere with Aled’s surgery.
When Max argues that school is a waste of time, David is concerned. Max gets given detention by Daniel for not turning in his schoolwork, but he doesn’t seem to mind.
Sharon lashes out at Gary for neglecting to look for Kelly after learning about her. She threatens to grass him up.
FRIDAY SEPTEMBER 17 PART TWO:
WHERE YOU ZEEN?
Alya is shocked to find that the call she received earlier wasn’t from the bank, but from a scammer, and that she mistakenly enabled them to empty the account, rather than Yasmeen.
Alya calls Zeedan in a panic, telling him she’s been cheated out of thousands of dollars and doesn’t know what to do. As Alya is compelled to explain her error to Yasmeen, Zeedan comes at Speed Daal. Zeedan promises to send her £50,000 to help her get by.
Tyrone shows up for babysitting duties, but when Phill shows up for a glammed-up Fiz, his jealously surfaces. Tyrone admits that he saw the napkin and is aware of Brigitte’s existence.
Gemma informs Freda that she would be unable to attend Norris’ burial due to a conflict with Aled’s operation. Freda cautions Gemma that by implanting cochlear implants in Aled, they are essentially altering his identity. That is not the case, as Gemma tells her.
Maria interrogates Gary about his altercation with Sharon. When Gary confesses that Sharon was Rick’s sidekick, Maria urges him to stay away from Sharon and leave Kelly to Imran.
Daniel makes excuses when David proposes that Max may benefit from some extra instruction.
