The dramatic new trailer for Home and Away’s 2022 season – featuring a police car chase, sizzling romances, and even someone being buried alive

Two new trailers for the forthcoming season of Home and Away have been released.

With loads of drama, steamy Summer Bay romances, and fantastic storylines, it appears that fans are in for one of the finest seasons ever.

Ryder is shown suffering after being buried alive in a bizarre accident in one of the new teasers, while Mia (Anna Samson) flees the cops with a body in the boot of her car after her daughter Chloe (Sam Barrett) murdered her father Matthew.

‘I murdered someone, and I’m going to have to live with it for the rest of my life,’ Chloe screams as her mother is spotted fleeing from the cops.

Mia is ultimately handcuffed and brought away in a police car.

Meanwhile, Felicity’s (Jacqui Purvis) and Tane’s (Ethan Browne) romance is heating up, and Dean (Patrick O’Connor) and Ziggy (Sophie Dillman) have a beach hug.

Before a lady who looks to be an old love interest emerges, Logan (Harley Bonner) is seen kissing Mackenzie (Emily Weir).

Emily recently chatted with Digital Spy about working with Harley on the famous drama, describing the experience as a “dream.”

‘We’ve had a lot of fun and we get along extremely well,’ she remarked.

Tane’s ‘caring and nurturing side’ will be revealed next year, according to Ethan, and he and Felicity will ‘grow closer as a relationship.’

‘He keeps her calm and chill, and she brings a lot of high energy into his life, so the polarity between them works nicely,’ he explained.

In early 2022, Channel Seven will reintroduce Home and Away.
