This week on Neighbours, sexy secrets and baby troubles abound as the polyamory three tries out their relationship, Toadie (Ryan Moloney) discovers the truth about Melanie (Lucinda Cowden), and Paul Robinson (Stefan Dennis) searches for his newborn grandchild.
Amy (Jacinta Stapleton) is undecided about her relationship with Levi (Richie Morris) and Ned (Ben Hall); will they be able to persuade her to end their love triangle? When word of their contemporary romance spreads, it is met with fierce hostility. Will it make them reconsider?
Mel also has a seductive secret that Susan is about to discover (Jackie Woodburne). Toadie hasn’t been happier since losing Sonya, but is he going to lose Mel as well?
Without Nicolette (Charlotte Chimes) and the baby, Aaron (Matty Wilson) and David (Takaya Honda) are coming apart, so Paul embarks on a quest to bring her home. When he locates her, though, he discovers a startling revelation regarding the kid. What will he say to the soon-to-be fathers?

Is the polyamory trio’s time up?
Amy isn’t certain that a polyamorous relationship is a good idea, so Levi and Ned try to persuade her to keep it continuing. She’s conflicted because she only wants a little fun, but both of the boys want more. She agrees it’s worth a shot and sets some ground rules for them before they begin their little triangle. Sheila becomes enraged when she learns of her grandson’s contemporary connection; this is not what she wants for him. Despite her misgivings, Levi and Ned decide to go forward with the plan.
David’s self-destruct button is pressed
For a long time, David has been living on a knife’s edge, going to lengths in his search for Nicolette, even accosting her doctor for information. With his emotions boiling up, he eventually snaps and unleashes every ounce of his rage on Aaron. Aaron feels stung by his comments, which are cruel and inexcusable. David comes to his senses and realises he’s gone too far, but there’s nothing he can do about it now. He falls down in Terese’s arms as he realises the seriousness of his deeds.
Terese makes an effort to safeguard Jesse
Jesse is bearing the brunt of it, with his family blaming him for the collapse of the family company. Terese thinks this isn’t right. She confronts Shay, remembering the death of her own kid, and tells him that family should always come first.
Harlow’s astute business decision
With the Quills’ business failing, Harlow has an idea, and as Paul’s protégé, she’s eager to prove herself. She proposes that they invest in the failing firm, save it, and profit handsomely. Terese believes it’s a fantastic idea, but Chloe is in the dark about it. How will she respond when Harlow encroaches on her turf?
Paul’s startling discovery of a baby
Paul has gone on the lookout for Nicolette, which Aaron and David are unaware of. He intends to find her and compel her to return. He’s in Canberra, and he’s looking for information from Audrey. She informs him that she hasn’t seen Nicolette but provides information on where he may locate her. Paul rushes to the spot — the park where Nic enjoys working out – and waits. Nic arrives ready for her workout and removes her coat, revealing to Paul that she has already given birth, proving Paul’s patience.
He approaches her and insists that she accompany him to his granddaughter’s house. She refuses, claiming that she is protecting the infant from his relatives. Paul isn’t going to be defeated, so he proposes a compromise. Will Nicolette accept it and hand up the baby to him?
Mel’s seductive secret is exposed
When Toadie discovers Mel has deleted her past employment from her CV, he is perplexed, so Susan resolves to investigate further. She discovers Mel has a shady history and hunts out Dr. Anna Burke, a former colleague of Melanie’s.
Susan finds out about Mel’s illegal romance with her old employer, which has ruined her career life. Susan thinks that this new knowledge isn’t for Toadie’s sensitive ears, who is finally happy after losing Sonya. However, things take a turn for the worse when Mel is confronted in public by Dr Burke.
Toadie is upset and puzzled once it all comes out. But it gets worse as Mackenzie dives further and uncovers more dirt. Mel tries to save her relationship by telling Toadie that this is the finest relationship she’s ever had, but will he suddenly view himself as more than a notch on her bedpost?
Scenes will begin airing on Channel 5 on Monday, August 30.
