New Home and Away promo teases trouble for Tane and Felicity

Tane has already made an impact on Felicity from Home and Away, despite the fact that she has only been a Summer Bay resident for a few weeks.

As she continues to compete for his emotions, a new ad implies he may struggle to let her down gently. This page includes a complete description of the promotion.

When Cash (Nicholas Cartwright) got home from work, he found Felicity (Jacqui Purvis) bickering with their next-door neighbour. She was certain their neighbour had complained to their landlord about their excessive noise, and she didn’t hold back in expressing her how she felt.

Felicity met her first Summer Bay inhabitant not long after. Tane (Ethan Browne) went to a bar to get away from Ziggy (Sophie Dillman), who had lately reconnected with ex-boyfriend Dean (Patrick O’Connor), and it was there that he met the fiery newcomer.

When she jumped up on the bar to dance Coyote Ugly style before hopping behind it to pour herself a drink, the flirtatious teenager made an immediate impact on the Parata brother. Tane believed she was going too far when she helped herself to beverages until she disclosed that she worked there! Tane was back at Felicity’s place in no time, and the two spent the night together.

Tane had no idea that he was also spending the night at the home of Summer Bay’s newest officer Cash Newman (Nicholas Cartwright), Felicity’s brother.

Tane isn’t a huge admirer of cops because of the Paratas’ years of crime, which have just lately come to a stop. He bolted as soon as he realised who her brother was! While Felicity was only a one-night affair that he’d prefer forget, it appears that he won’t be able to get rid of her that quickly.

We don’t know much about Felicity and Cash other than their mother’s sickness, which necessitated numerous hospitalizations, and their parents’ untimely deaths, which forced them into the foster care system.

Felicity brings her own baggage to Summer Bay, and her continual loud music and unpredictable behaviour resulted in her and Cash getting evicted from their house only a few weeks after arriving from the country. As seen by her clutching a brown picture album of memories after all of their possessions were thrown away during their eviction, she seemed to be still grieving the loss of her family.

It appears that her tumultuous childhood has left her with emotional problems and maybe a fear of abandonment. The latest trailer focuses on her connection with Tane, and it appears that the Parata brother will have a difficult time gently letting her down.

She is unquestionably forward. She approaches him at the bar at Salt and inquires whether he is on a date. When he says no, she asks directly, “You want to be?”

Other pictures from the new trailer show them having a drink together, then playing a flirtatious game of pool together, before returning to the Parata mansion and heading straight for the bedroom.

The new promo shouts, “SHE’S FLIRTY!”

The two have a strong attraction to one other. Other moments in the trailer show her flirtatiously dancing on the sand before sprinting into the sea with Tane close after.

At the Surf Club and the Parata home, there are several additional images of the couple kissing and in various degrees of nakedness.

“SHE’S WILD,” we learn as she jumps into his arms near the Surf Club’s outdoor showers, kissing her topless new love interest once again.

We’re reminded, though, that “SHE’S A MYSTERY,” with lots of mysteries still to be revealed.

Shots of her riling up other inhabitants of Summer Bay are mixed among scenes of her and Tane playing pool and having a drink at the bar as she traces her fingertips over his forearm.

She’s already alienated one set of neighbors, which has forced her and Cash to relocate to the caravan park. Unfortunately, things aren’t going so well there, either, as her bad behavior begins to catch Roo’s attention (Georgie Parker).

“Can you have a word with your sister,” Roo asks Cash at the caravan park as Flick runs around with a large grin on her face, “because I’ve received complaints.” Will she get them ejected from yet another location?

Felicity’s feelings for Tane don’t appear to be reciprocated, which is unfortunate for her. Tane returns to the scene outside the Surf Club showers and assures her, “This isn’t going to happen again,” before putting his vest back on and walking away.

Will she be able to handle the rejection?

Tane arrives home soon after to discover a solitary red rose on his porch.

He seems to have led Felicity on, she’s formed affections for him, and now she’s searching for something he can’t provide. It had only been a few weeks since his separation with Ziggy, and he was seeking for some lighthearted fun rather than another romance.

The trailer shows him gently letting her down, stating, “I think you want more, and I don’t.”

We hear her tell someone that “having your heart crushed, it’s intolerable,” as she walks away with a devastated expression on her face.

Is she unable to cope with rejection as a result of her past traumas, and will Cash be familiar enough with his sister to see the warning signs?

The two Newman siblings will be prominently featured in next week’s shows. Felicity is expected to sabotage Cash and Jasmine’s date plans again on Monday, according to teasers, who claim that “Jasmine and Cash have a roadblock called Felicity.”

On Tuesday, “Jasmine learns about Cash’s terrible past,” we discover more about their history. At the same time, while “Tane and Felicity are pulled to one another,” a lustful relationship develops between the policeman’s sister and the former criminal.

However, it is just temporary, as “Tane puts an end to his romance” on Wednesday.

The drama continues on Thursday’s triple bill, as “Tane almost manages to dodge Felicity,” and “the Felicity and Tane whirlwind continues to swirl.”

Will she be able to persuade him to change his mind and give her man to her?

Felicity’s sadness over her parents’ deaths, and how it continues to influence her life, will undoubtedly play a major role in her character’s growth in the weeks and months ahead.

But will she and Cash be the only Newman family members? A photo in the backdrop of the image where Tane first finds he’s spent the night at Cash’s house was discovered by Lila-Q, an eagle-eyed fan on our forum. Might this be a sign that there’s another Newman sibling? It depicts three small children – two boys and a girl – could this be a hint that there’s another Newman sibling?

Felicity may continue to battle with mental difficulties for months to come, according to paparazzi photographs shot in the previous several weeks. Jasmine (Sam Frost) is shown in photos on the Daily Mail website accepting an empty bottle of alcohol from Felicity, implying that she continues to use alcohol to cope with her issues.
