Roxy and Kyle face a setback in their pregnancy journey next week on Neighbours in the UK, while Leo faces a difficult decision following Montana’s indecent proposal.
These scenes will premiere in the United Kingdom on Monday, March 28th, and in Australia on Monday, April 18th.
Lassiters wins the Fashion Week event thanks to an indecent proposal.
Montana Marcel (Tammin Sursok), a fashion mogul, makes her UK television debut this week, as the Lassiters team tries to persuade her to hold her lavish Fashion Week event at the Erinsborough hotel.
After Terese (Rebekah Elmaloglou) and Chloe (April Rose Pengilly) throw a catastrophic pitch – owing to some shady advice from Mick (Joel Creasey) – Leo (Tim Kano) rushes to Montana’s estate to try to repair the damage.
However, he is taken aback when Montana makes an inappropriate proposal. While saying yes may be the key to Lassiters obtaining the Fashion Week event, Leo knows he shouldn’t be mixing business and pleasure.
In next week’s episodes (UK: Monday 28th March / Aus: Monday 18th April), Leo mulls over his options and seeks guidance from Glen (Richard Huggett). Glen, on the other hand, can’t keep the news to himself and tells Terese and Chloe about Montana’s proposal.
Terese isn’t going to let Leo get away with it… However, it is too late. He’s already returned to Montana with an answer, and Terese is informed that Lassiters has won the tender by the time she discovers the truth.
What exactly did Leo agree to?
Despite the fact that Lassiters won the tender, Terese and Chloe are having trouble convincing Montana to support their Fashion Week plans. Chloe realizes Leo has a better relationship with Montana than she does, so she offers they employ him as a go-between to assist push their ideas across the finish line.
Terese is hesitant to make the request, believing they escaped a bullet with the “indecent proposal” and not wanting to tempt fate, but she realizes she has no option. What she doesn’t realize is that Leo has already said yes to Montana and is having a secret tryst with her.
It doesn’t take long for Leo to realize that his deal with Montana isn’t all it seems, and he tries to back out. She, on the other hand, has no intention of letting him leave; if Lassiters wants to keep the event going, he needs to keep her happy.
Leo is concerned about the situation he’s found himself in. David (Takaya Honda) tells him to turn it off, but Montana refuses once more, leaving Leo stumped as to how to handle the situation without offending a key Lassiters partner.
Montana has complete authority, and Leo isn’t happy about it.
Meanwhile, Paul continues to astound everyone with his laid-back, hands-off approach to Fashion Week. Terese is suspicious; certainly he’s planning something…!
Then they find out he’s dining with Montana himself, which makes Leo worry that his father is romantically interested in his new girlfriend, and Terese worries that her soon-to-be-ex-husband is trying to undermine her. Is either of those correct?
Pregnancy woes for Roxy and Kyle
Kyle (Chris Milligan) and Roxy (Zima Anderson) have been ticking off life objectives left, right, and center since Kyle (Chris Milligan) was diagnosed with testicular cancer last year. Roxy proposed to Kyle in late November, and they married in January of this year – talk about a quick wedding!
Kyle has thankfully recovered completely from his disease, and while he was devastated to lose both testicles, he is now enjoying life in remission.
He had a great time on his honeymoon, even if he was a little too enthusiastic about the testosterone patches that keep him able to perform in the bedroom, and now that they’re back in Erinsborough, neither he nor Roxy are standing still.
They’ve decided to start a family in the last few weeks. While Kyle had preferred to take things gently, knowing his gran Sheila (Colette Mann) is no longer with them and cousin Levi (Richie Morris) is dealing with the consequences of Freya’s (Phoebe Roberts) ex-boyfriend issues, Roxy has been desperate for them to become pregnant as soon as possible.
They started IVF last week, and their pregnancy journey will continue for the next few weeks as we approach their upcoming exit from Neighbours – something Sheila actor Colette Mann revealed last week. Will they leave Erinsborough because they’ve become pregnant, or will their pregnancy woes be the reason?
Kyle is concerned about Roxy’s pregnancy positive next week. Even though there’s a good chance she’ll be negative, she’s invited the entire street to come to see her pregnancy test.
Kyle doesn’t want her to have to deal with sadness in front of her friends and family, so he advises them not to come – but this enrages Roxy, who begins to suspect she isn’t pregnant. They take the test with bated breath…
Kyle and Roxy then get some bad news in Tuesday’s episode. Their lone possibility of having a biological kid has been shattered.
Terese is taking the initiative, determined to see that the couple is compensated for their awful loss. Kyle, on the other hand, is simply concerned about his wife’s safety.
Roxy sets her mind to other things while fielding emotional phone calls from her family — she starts making moves and has some news for Kyle… It’s time for a major shift in your life, but what could it be?
