Neighbours spoilers: Levi Canning shot dead in a gun showdown as he finds missing Gareth Bateman?

In Neighbours, Levi Canning’s (Richie Morris) desperation to get Freya Wozniak (Phoebe Roberts) out of his life could be fatal.

The cop was fed up with Freya’s constant presence on Ramsay Street, and he told Kyle (Chris Milligan) and Roxy Willis (Zima Anderson) that he was having trouble moving on as a result.

As viewers are aware, Freya has taken a job at Erinsborough Hospital in order to support herself while continuing her search for missing Gareth Bateman.

Levi, on the other hand, was determined to see her go on to greener pastures, and he approached her in Harold’s, insisting that she leave immediately.

Freya, on the other hand, was adamant that she’d stay put because Ramsay Street was the last place she knew Gareth had been, and she wouldn’t go until she had reason to believe he’d moved on.

Levi followed up on the report he had filed in response to Freya’s allegations of police corruption, but he was perplexed when he realised that IBAC was no longer investigating the situation.

He had Gareth’s last known cellphone number traced, and he got a lead, much to his surprise, because the phone had been ‘off for months’ until yesterday!

Because the place was close by, Levi jumped in his police car and drove straight there.

When he arrived, though, he discovered a residence that was empty. But it was evident that someone was keeping an eye on him.

The officer examined the property’s exterior before peeping through the window, where he discovered a box of unopened DIY tools.

However, when he heard a gun being cocked behind him, things took a tragic turn.

Is Levi’s future bleak? Is Erinsborough’s favourite cop going to die? Or will he finally obtain information about where missing Gareth is?
