Neighbours exit for youngster Mackenzie Hargreaves as splits from Hendrix Greyson?

On Neighbours, Mackenzie has been enjoying her relationship with Hendrix Greyson (Benn Turland) in recent months, and things are looking up for her. However, things have grown a lot more difficult for the kid since Zara Selwyn (Freya Van Dyke) arrived on Ramsay Street, and the schoolgirl appears to be making life a lot harder for the university student. Mackenzie will begin to consider her future and how she and Hendrix will move with their relationship in next week’s episodes of the Channel 5 soap, but as a lot of hurdles arise along the way, she may believe she is destined for a change of scenery.

Mackenzie is currently residing at Number 30 with Toadie Rebecchi (Ryan Maloney), his two young children, Amy Greenwood (Jacinta Stapleton), and Zara, her errant daughter.

This has made life much more difficult for her, as she has struggled to find time for herself or a place where she and Hendrix can be alone together.

In the ensuing moments, she’ll have trouble even getting comfortable on the sofa without someone interrupting her and disrupting her intentions.

The kid realises she needs to move out of the house and find a place of her own, prompting her to speak with Chloe Brennan (April Rose Pengilly).

The teenager makes a proposal to get her hands on Number 24 after it has been empty for some months, and Chloe doesn’t turn down the offer.

Mackenzie and Hendrix will now have their own small nest egg where they can spend their time together, as a result of this.

Despite the fact that the two young women no longer live under the same roof, Zara manages to cause her further issues.

When Mackenzie expresses her concerns about her boyfriend’s apparent friendship with Amy’s daughter, it appears that she is correct to be concerned.

Her other half doesn’t see the issue and claims that he is simply trying to be a positive influence on the troubled adolescent.

Not ready to let the matter go, it appears the university student will do everything she can to let Zara understand she is not to be trifled with.

However, if Zara succeeds to outsmart her, this might have far more serious effects than she anticipated.

The misbehaving adolescent may have begun to sway Hendrix against his girlfriend, and if the two continue to quarrel, they may end up breaking up.

This would be a devastating conclusion to the storey of young love, but it may also mean Mackenzie’s departure from the programme.

After realising she doesn’t have a house on Ramsay Street any longer, and her relationship in shambles, she may decide to move in with her father.

Three years after her initial appearance on the show, the kid could say her goodbyes to characters like Toadie and prepare for the next chapter of her life.

Hendrix would be distraught to lose his lover, and he would discover that Zara had been lying to him all along.

Will he plot his vengeance as he unleashes his rage at Mackenzie’s departure and has a grudge towards the misbehaving adolescent?

It was recently reported that the soap, which has been on the air for nearly 40 years, will be ending this summer.

Following Channel 5’s decision to end their association with the Australian production company Freemantle, there does not appear to be another UK broadcaster interested in supporting the show.

As a result, if the preparations to salvage the weekday serial drama fail, there will be a lot of cast departures leading up to the finale.

Mackenzie might be one of the characters who leaves as the writers try to wrap up her tumultuous time on Ramsay Street.

Last year, Georgie, who portrays Mackenzie on the show, spoke exclusively with Express.co.uk about her future on the show.

“I really really want [Mackenzie] to be happy,” the actress added at the time.

“On the other hand, I really want MacKenzie to become engrossed in a very dramatic plot; something a little heightened.”

Is this the storyline twist Georgie has been waiting for, and will it lead to her departure from the Australian drama?

Viewers of the show have started a petition to try to keep the show on the air for as long as possible.

If the weekday serial drama is saved, no cast exits may be necessary, and Mackenzie’s storey may be able to continue.

However, it remains uncertain for the time being, with Jackie Woodburne, who plays Susan Kennedy, speaking out about the shocking news.

“Everyone is sad,” the soap legend added. We’re all crying and emotional about it, but we’re all so determined to bring this show home as soon as possible.

“We have a great time. I mean, I’ve definitely laughed more in the last 27 years than I probably should have, and I’ve been compensated for it “She revealed this to The Project.
