On Wednesday, the 42-year-old former Home and Away actress showed her daughter how to ride a bike.

Mae broke down in tears while practising the right of passage, according to Kate, who posted a photo to Instagram.

Kate is seen in the photo holding her baby and kissing her while she is crying.

‘This reaction has something to do with her learning to ride a bicycle.’ ‘I promise these aren’t Mumma’s kisses,’ she captioned the photo.

It comes after Kate was ecstatic after preparing a traditional Australian sandwich for lunch.

The radio personality praised her chips and gravy sandwich in an Instagram picture on Tuesday.

The sandwich was dubbed “the lunch of champions” by Kate, who posted a photo of it on a white plate next to a Mickey and Minnie Mouse cup.

The former Home and Away star raised her right thumb in praise of the classic dish.

‘A little [thumbs up emoji] for champions’ lunch! ‘#chipsandgravy #breadandbutter #goaustralia,’ she wrote beside an emoji of an Australian flag.

Many of Kate’s fans expressed their appreciation in the comments section, indicating that the comfort meal was a popular favorite.

‘THE BEST!!!!’ one fan exclaimed, while another described it as ‘A great decision.’
