Could he be going down?
Spoilers for Home and Away are below.
In light of Justin Morgan’s impending court date, Home and Away has hinted at an unclear future for him.
After attacking a man over an issue involving his teenage daughter Ava Gilbert, Justin now risks spending time in prison.
In a plot that started on Australian scenes last month and culminated in Justin’s shocking arrest, the brutal assault happened after Ava feigned to be held by the man against her will.
In a teaser video posted to Instagram, the narrator warns that the prosecution will “push for prison time” and “the maximum sentence” as clips of the character’s arrest play over the bellowing voiceover.
As incarceration becomes a very real prospect, Justin can be seen getting ready for court in a blue suit while text asks, “Can they save him?”

A tearful Ava is seen imploring with her father to “fight this.” They should “be prepared,” as Justin advises, probably in case he is sentenced to prison for the crime.
In reference to Justin’s time in witness protection, during which he was unable to see Ava for seven years, his daughter is also seen sobbing confessing that she “doesn’t want to lose him all over again.”
The plotting of Ava, who had developed an obsession with the lead singer of Lyrik, was what resulted in the arrest. She wanted Theo Poulos’ focus.
As seen in this week’s Australian episodes, Justin was informed that a prison sentence was very likely after his victim expressed concern about the attack’s effects on his physical and emotional health.
Theo will testify in court the following week, but as the strain builds, he speaks awkwardly.
