General Hospital spoilers tease that Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) hasn’t really had much to do ever since Peter August (Wes Ramsey) died almost two years ago.
Sure, she tried romance with Dr. Austin Gatlin-Holt (Roger Howarth) but it fizzled and Austin has since been murdered. And now, Maxie is saddled with a large amount of credit card debt, hardly a fun storyline for the larger-than-life character.
There are signs that Maxie’s story will be picking up now that she has teamed up once again with Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton), but what Maxie really needs is romance in her life.

Sadly, Maxie’s late spouse Nathan West—last portrayed by Ryan Paevey—was her genuine love. Nathan’s father, Cesar Faison (Anders Hove), shot and killed him.
However, it’s possible that Nathan’s death wasn’t what it seemed to be. Dr. Leisl O’Brecht, played by Kathleen Gati, recently expressed her sorrow for the deaths of her two children, Nathan and Dr. Britt Westbourne, played by Kelly Thiebaud. However, wouldn’t it be wonderful if Nathan were genuinely alive?

Nathan might not be dead, but stranger things have happened in Port Charles. The Nathan who we saw die may have been a prisoner, and he was wearing a real Nathan mask.
Although it is impossible in real life, anything is conceivable in Port Charles. And if Maxie and Leisl experience a miracle, any justification would be worthwhile. In Maxie’s life, Nathan is desperately required.
Although she doesn’t seem to be interested in Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) in the same manner, they may always get back together.

After a thrilling rescue, Nathan might be reunited with Maxie. Naturally, she would be astonished, and she would have to get used to it.
Nathan would probably accept that everyone thought Maxie was dead, but he would also have to realise that she had a kid with Peter after he passed away.
And at last, he would get to see James West (Gary James Fuller), his own son. It’s about time Maxie experienced some happiness again, and Nathan might be the greatest choice if she refuses to give Spinelli another chance!
