General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Adam Wright’s (Joshua Benard) storyline could be about to take a dark turn. Josslyn Jacks’ (Eden McCoy) med school friend is on the edge because of the pressure his parents are putting on him to be perfect. At some point the pressure may get to be too much for the student.

Adam gave the impression that he could do something extreme, like leap off a bridge, while he was a nervous wreck awaiting the results of his makeup exam. Angry, Josslyn ordered him to stay away from that place and try to be upbeat.
However, a lot of GH fans are certain that the authors may be laying the groundwork for a sinister plot, and that the remark was not made in vain.

When Josslyn told her mom Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) that Adam was alone in the dorm for Thanksgiving the bleakness got to her and she could tell that Joss cares about her friend. It may be that Carly tells Josslyn to invite Adam over for Christmas.
But even if she did, Adam might lie and say he has plans for the holidays.

Adam was probably thinking about it when he made the joke about jumping from a bridge because he takes medicines to relieve his tension. Should his situation not get better, he might choose to walk to the footbridge and think about ending his life.
In this case, Josslyn might learn that Adam is missing and decide to go in search of him. Recall that not so long ago, she assisted in locating Ava Jerome (Maura West) following her disappearance.
Because of her excellent interpersonal abilities, Josslyn can find herself attempting to persuade Adam not to do anything sinister. She would not think twice to save him, even if it meant risking her life to pull him off the precipice because she is also her mother’s daughter.
However, Adam might end up saving Joss in the end. Alternatively, her boyfriend Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) might be the one to arrive and save the day.
