Recently, Bob Hope and Bernice Blackstock, an unlikely couple, teamed up to purchase Eric Pollard’s B&B in Emmerdale.
The Emmerdale sisters Nicola King (Nicola Wheeler) and Bernice Blackstock (Samantha Giles), who are vying to purchase Eric Pollard’s (Chris Chittell) bed and breakfast, got into an argument last week. Bernice and Bob Hope (Tony Audenshaw), however, were tenacious, and after parting with their prized possessions, they succeeded in securing the company for themselves.
However, it was evident during Tuesday night’s episode that Bernice and Bob had different opinions regarding the setting.
Fans believe that despite their disagreements, the two may soon start dating.
Why are you painting, I ask. Bob enquired while Bernice and Wendy Posner (Susan Cookson) were discussing the B&B.
Bernice beamingly said, “Oh you know just some color samples for The Grange.
Bob responded, not seeming particularly happy: “Not even the paperwork has been signed yet. Eric is about to soar.”
Bernice insisted, “Only on the inside of the larder door.”
Nicola interrupted, “And so it begins,” and continued, “I must do the bins.”
Bernice continued, “It is just a dab of paint,” as Bob said, “It all costs money, Bernice.”
Being partners, it would have been nice to have been consulted, he continued.
“I’m sorry, Bob, I got overexcited. You know how I am,” Bernice said in apology.
He said, “I’ll live, I guess,” to which Bernice retorted, “You’re going to love it.”
After the episode aired, viewers discussed the plot involving Bob and Bernice on social media.
Many people appear to believe that they will start an affair behind Wendy’s back.
“The most ideal couple is that of Bernice and Bob. Before they meet, I give it a month. My6% proposed a theory.
“And WHY haven’t they ever dated? They have lived in #emmerdale for many years.
How long before Bernice and Bob, Dion questioned.
“Bob needs to dump fake nurse Wendy and try his luck with Bernice, they have much better chemistry, plus may mean Wendy moves far far far far away,” Paul Gibbons continued. (sic)

Ryan Glendenning said “Given that Bernice and Bob are now coworkers, I believe Bob and Wendy may decide to separate. #Emmerdale.” (sic)
Wendy is already dubious of B&B’s B&B, Mick continued.
