Emails From Afar: GH’s Jax Jacks Takes Carly To Task Over Joss

Jax Jacks of General Hospital may have returned to his home country of Australia, but that doesn’t mean he hasn’t kept up with events in Port Charles. Particularly when it comes to Josslyn, his daughter. Carly is adamant that she can take care of Joss just fine on her own, but Jax would probably argue otherwise given everything that has been going on. And send Carly an email expressing his feelings.

Jax Jacks: Dear Carly

Hello, Carly I will attempt to be as courteous as possible while getting right to the point. But what the hell, Carly? Although Joss is older than 18, neither of us can really tell her what to do anymore, I understand that. (When will we be able to? Recall how we were unable to convince her that Children of the Corn was not a comedy when she insisted on dressing up as a cornstalk for Halloween? However, I thought you would at least use some discretion.

GH: Bad Company

Admittedly, I share some of the blame. I gave you permission to raise our daughter for the majority of her life under Sonny’s roof. She obviously absorbed the notion that organized crime is not only not criminal, but rather a gift to society. I still hoped that you would have more common sense and not let Joss fall in love with a wannabe hood like Dex once you finally parted ways with Sonny!

Remember all the times Sonny’s actions caused harm to people you care about? Do you recall the time Michael was shot in the head and spent years in a coma? Do you want Joss to have the same experience?

I lost you to life in the mob. I do not intend for our Joss to experience the same thing. Give me a call. We must speak. RIGHT NOW! — James.
