EXCLUSIVE: Linda Carter has had a rather dramatic 12 months on BBC EastEnders but she is now said to be starting a romance with an unlikely character – and he’s a married man
According to AI, Linda Carter from EastEnders might have a surprising relationship with a strange neighbor.
Since her 2013 premiere, Kellie Bright’s role in Walford has been a fan favorite for ten years. She has undoubtedly been in several of the major soap opera plots since then.
She’s currently dealing with the return of bad boy Dean Wicks (Matt Di Angelo) over in Walford. Fans will remember that Dean has always denied raping Linda in 2014.
All he has done since making his reappearance on Halloween is harass Linda and her family. He forced her to make a fake confession at first, saying he had never raped her.
Dean secretly recorded this conversation and played it for everyone in the Vic to hear – but luckily they all rallied round Linda. However, things got so bad for Linda that in episodes last week, she turned to booze, breaking her sobriety.
After realising her mistake, she called on Phil Mitchell, who is also recovering alcoholic. for some advice. She also confided in best pal Sharon Watts (Letitia Dean).
With the no doubt iconic Christmas Day episode just around the corner, fans are certain it’s Dean who will end up as the dead body on the floor in the Vic. But now, it’s been claimed that Linda could be starting a romance with an unlikely resident on the square – and it’s not Alfie.
Fans will recall how the soap has hinted at a romantic relationship between Linda and Alfie Moon (Shane Richie) for a while, as their friendship has appeared to blossom into something more. However, AI reckons Linda will shack up with none other than Phil Mitchell, who is currently married to Kat.
To find out who Linda could fall in love with on EastEnders, Daily Star put one of the most well-known artificially intelligent “creative” technologies in the world to the test: Bard AI. “The show has been hinting at a few potential suitors, each with their own reasons for potentially being a match,” the program retorted.
And Bard AI said that Linda could get romantic with Phil, the soap opera legend. The system clarified, saying, “Several factors, including their shared struggles, have sparked speculation.”
“Linda and Phil, along with other people, have battled personal demons such as addiction, bereavement, and unstable relationships. They could become closer because of their common understanding, AI asserted. Bard AI also noted that Linda and Phil had become closer as a result of Linda telling Phil about her relapse,’showcasing a connection that both actors have recognized has’spark.’”
However, the system did note that Linda could actually end up with Alfie. Bard AI said: “This option has been heavily hinted at in recent episodes and has gained a lot of traction with fans.
“Both Linda and Alfie have gone through major emotional upheavals with Mick and Kat, respectively. They’ve found comfort and support in each other, and there’s an undeniable chemistry between them. Alfie’s playful personality and Linda’s resilience could be a good match,” the system added.
