In Coronation Street, Curtis Delamere’s (Sam Retford) health takes another turn as he pushes himself too far and falls – but will he survive?
Curtis tells Emma (Alexandra Mardell) that he has a test tomorrow, but he’s nervous because his medication makes it difficult for him to concentrate.
Emma brings Curtis the textbooks she borrowed from Aggie (Lorna Laidlaw) in the hopes of assisting him, but he insists on using online diagrams.
The next day, Emma’s fears intensify when she informs Steve (Simon Gregson) that Curtis has vanished. Curtis has an exam today, but he’s afraid he won’t live long enough to graduate.
Curtis is found in Victoria Garden by Steve, who gently persuades him not to give up.
Steve’s car won’t start after he offers Curtis a ride to the exam.
Curtis gets out to push the car, but as it starts up, he collapses on his knees, holding his chest.
Will Curtis, on the other hand, make it through this season?
