Lydia Dingle, a mainstay of Emmerdale, was on the verge of telling the police what happened to her during Thursday night’s hour-long episode when she fled the scene.
Craig Reed, the evil character in Emmerdale played by Ben Addis, may soon be revealed by Mandy Dingle, Lisa Riley’s character, after the beautician discovered a troubling hint.
Fans appear to believe that Mandy will bring Craig to justice after he sexually assaulted Karen Blick’s Lydia Dingle, who is still in shock over the incident.
In the episode airing on Thursday, Lydia left the police station almost revealing what had happened to her.
But the popular Dingle woman eventually had enough and hurried back home.
Craig approached Lydia as soon as she entered the room, and the housekeeper sternly urged him to leave her alone. Mandy didn’t miss the exchange.
What have you been doing? Sam Dingle (James Hooton) said to his wife, “I’ve tried calling; I was frightened.
Mandy said, “You’ve been here for ages,” to which Lydia responded, “I bumped into Amelia, she needed help with Esther, and I just lost track of time.”
Lydia pretended to be going to put the beers in the fridge as the Dingle family pleaded with her to sit down and play a game of cards.
As he approached Lydia, Craig replied, “I’ll grab another.
Lydia tossed him a beer fast and added, “I’ll get it.”
Craig remarked, “I’m glad you’re back,” and he questioned her. What’s going on?
Lydia, on the other hand, sprung to defense and commanded, “Leave me alone.”
Mandy observed the situation and turned around to see what was happening.
