EXCLUSIVE: Daisy Midgeley’s fiancé Daniel Osbourne decided to end their relationship, leaving Daisy Midgeley devastated, as seen by Coronation Street viewers.
Watchers of the ITV soap opera Coronation Street recently witnessed Daisy Midgeley (Charlotte Jordan) persuade Jenny Connor (Sally Ann Matthews) to purchase the Rovers Return. Daisy is enjoying her new business venture, the soap star revealed in an exclusive interview with Express.co.uk and other media outlets.
“There are things that Jenny and Daisy have done that they are not proud of,” the speaker stated. Even though it was a lot of fun to play out, I doubt it will last for very long!
Daisy is enjoying it immensely in the interim. Daisy is giving the Rovers her whole attention. That’s all she has left.
She has lost her future as well as her love, hero, and small family. Therefore, failing the Rovers is not an option. She is eager to possess something that she can be proud of and identify as her own.
This month, Daisy came clean and admitted to having slept with Ryan Connor (Ryan Prescott) to her fiancé Daniel Osbourne (Rob Mallard).
This month, Daisy came clean and admitted to having slept with Ryan Connor (Ryan Prescott) to her fiancé Daniel Osbourne (Rob Mallard).
Daniel couldn’t overcome the betrayal and called it quits on their relationship, even though he vowed to never cheat on him again.
Ryan seemed to have moved on from Daisy as well, moving to Glasgow with his newfound love, Crystal Hyde (Erin Austen).
The new Rovers Return landlady is devastated because Daniel no longer wants to be with her and Ryan is no longer living in Weatherfield.
Speaking of the breakup, the soap opera star continued, ““She is really hurting. She is heartbroken, but in typical Daisy fashion, she covers up her true emotions with clever comments and a heavily makeup-applied face.
“After splitting up with Daniel recently, I believe she’s still holding out hope for a reconciliation.
They’ve always had such a strong bond, so she’s left hoping and praying that she can persuade him to try again after some time has passed to let the initial hurt subside.
The likelihood of a rekindling appears to be slim, though, as Daniel’s ex-girlfriend Bethany Platt (Lucy Fallon) makes her way back to the cobbles.
Before she departed to begin a new life in London in 2020, fans of the soap opera last saw her in Weatherfield.
But now that she’s returned after a short hiatus, it appears that she will cause some ruckus.
Will Daisy be able to ignore her heartbreak with her new business endeavor? Or will her innate jealousy come through?
