Coronation Street spoilers: Killer Gary Windass’ next victim confirmed in murder twist.

Gary Windass seems to have turned over a new leaf in Coronation Street since the Christmas incident. Still, it looks as if he's caught up to his old tricks again in the upcoming episodes with abundant tension between him and Ali Neeson's archenemy, putting the doctor in severe danger. For quite some time now, the tension between Gary and Ali has been bubbling as the latter makes repeated attempts to remind Maria how dangerous and dodgy the former is. Still, with the hairdresser engaged to the loan shark, she refuses to have a bad word spoken against him.

In the upcoming episodes, Gary is less than pleased with Ali, and so — when Sharon calls the furniture store to pick up the old customer list of Rick Neelan — he tells her to teach her a lesson to the doctor. Later, Ali collapses during a health check-up with Craig (Colson Smith), and both Toyah (Georgia Taylor) and Dr. Gaddas hurry to examine him — which causes Toyah to reveal that the doc may have taken an overdose of diazepam.
Ali is then loaded into the ambulance, much to the horror of Gary, and — frightened— he calls Sharon, warning her that if anything happens to Ali, she is to blame. Ali eventually regains consciousness, but after knowing what caused him to crumble, he swears he never took any diazepam, but Ryan remains unconvinced. Ali begins to believe that not only was Gary responsible for drugging him, but that the loan shark is trying to kill him, and so he is going out to prove it.

Will Ali's statements include truth? Gary has a murder form, but he's turned on a new leaf, why would he try to kill Ali?
And, did Ali leap to the wrong conclusion? That way, there are surely no signs of disappearing on the sinister side of Gary.
