Georgie Parker is all smiling in her latest throwback picture. And it features some very recognizable faces.
Georgie, 56, shared a selfie of herself with fellow Play School alum Jay Laga’aia and singer-songwriter Christine Anu on Instagram on Wednesday.
The trio was captured beaming together at Carol’s in the Domain back in 2014.
“Carols in the Domain, 7 years ago with my trusted and beloved Playschool buddy @jaylagaaia and the beautiful @anuchristine,” the Home & Away star captioned the post.
Georgie has taken a trip down memory lane before, frequently revisiting the show that made her famous, A Country Practice.
When Georgie started her breakout role as nurse Lucy Gardiner in 1981, the country fell in love with her.
Despite the fact that the character has long since left our screens, the multiple Logie winner has kept Lucy alive on Instagram, posting a reminiscence to that period in April.
She’s wearing a straw hat, funky earrings, pastel pink overalls, and holding an adorable tabby cat in the vintage photo.
She simply captioned the post, “Old School ACP era”.
Do Georgie’s frequent ACP references and close bond with her co-stars point to a future revival? The 56-year-old is obviously enthusiastic.
Speaking to Starts At 60 back in 2018, Georgie explained: “I was very connected to All Saints and A Country Practice and the idea of revisiting these characters is extremely tempting.”
However, with the actress recently celebrated her 11th year on Home & Away, it appears she is happy to be back in Summer Bay.
